Mr. Lourie received his BA in 1973 from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. He received his JD in 1976 from Villanova University School of Law, Villanova, Pennsylvania.

Marshall received his Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a major in Management from Drexel University in 1966. He received his Juris Doctor from George Washington Law School in 1969.

He is admitted to the following Courts: United States Supreme Court, Third Circuit Court of Appeals, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, and Supreme Court of New Jersey.

Mr. Lourie has successfully litigated personal injury claims on behalf of plaintiffs and workers’ compensation claims on behalf of injured workers for over 30 years. In Pennsylvania, Mr. Lourie has secured Compromise and Release settlements and awards with work-caused disabilities in need of medical treatment and compensation for lost wages and has secured millions of dollars in compensation for workers who can no longer continue to work full-time in their pre-injury occupations.


In New Jersey, Mr. Lourie has successfully obtained permanency awards, medical benefits, and continuing wage payments for New Jersey employees who suffered accidents as a result of their repetitive job duties.

Mr. Lourie is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and the District of Columbia.
